Shipping policy

This policy applies to orders placed on luladream.com. Questions: lula@luladream.com.

Where we ship

We currently prepare shipments for the United States first, then Canada, the United Kingdom, and selected European destinations as they appear at checkout. If a country is not offered at checkout, we cannot ship there yet.

Processing

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Fulfilment timing depends on warehouse and carrier availability. You will receive a confirmation email when the order is placed and a second email with tracking when it ships.

Rates and free shipping

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout before you pay.
Free shipping on orders over USD 50 (merchandise total before tax and duties), where that offer is shown at checkout.
If the cart is under USD 50, standard shipping is charged as displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates

Estimates shown at checkout are not guarantees. Typical windows after the order leaves the warehouse:

United States: about 3–7 business days
Canada, United Kingdom, European Union / Switzerland: about 7–14 business days

Customs, weekends, and peak periods can add time.

International orders

You are responsible for import VAT, duties, and brokerage unless checkout expressly includes them. We cannot mark packages as a gift or undervalue a shipment.

Tracking

When the tin ships, tracking is sent to the email used at checkout. You can also use Track your order or email lula@luladream.com with your order number.

Wrong or missing address

Enter a complete, deliverable address. We are not responsible for delay or loss caused by an incomplete or incorrect address. If a parcel is returned to us, contact us before we reship; extra postage may apply.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking shows delivered but you have nothing, or the tin arrives damaged, email lula@luladream.com within 7 days with photos and the order number. We will work with the carrier and, where appropriate, replace or refund.

Returns

Returns follow our Refund policy (30 days from delivery). Email lula@luladream.com before sending anything back.
