What is Lula Dream?
Lula Dream Sleep Strips are raspberry oral strips. Each tin contains 30 individually packed strips.

What is one serving?
One oral strip. The current product page lists 1 mg melatonin, 50 mg valerian root extract, 20 mg lavender extract, 10 mg chamomile extract and 10 mg hibiscus extract per strip. Always read the physical product label before use.

How do I use it?
Place one oral strip on your tongue and allow it to dissolve. Do not exceed one strip per day. Follow all directions and cautions on the product label.

Is this medicine?
No. Lula Dream Sleep Strips are a dietary supplement and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Orders and delivery

Where do you ship?
We currently ship only to eligible addresses in the continental United States and the District of Columbia. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military addresses, freight forwarders or addresses outside the United States.

When will my order arrive?
Orders are normally prepared within 1 to 5 business days after payment authorization and order acceptance. Standard domestic transit is typically 2 to 4 business days after dispatch. Tracking is sent when the carrier accepts the package.

Is subscription available?
No. Lula Dream currently offers one-time purchase only. A subscription offer will appear only after a real recurring-order plan is active.

What is the 30-day guarantee?
For an eligible first order, email lula@luladream.com within 30 calendar days after delivery. The guarantee is limited to one eligible tin from a first order. Review the Refund Policy for full terms.
