We currently prepare Lula Dream orders for shipment to the United States first, then Canada, the United Kingdom, and selected European destinations.

Free shipping on orders over $50 (before tax).
Standard delivery estimates will be confirmed in checkout once the carrier and warehouse are connected.
You will receive tracking by email from lula@luladream.com when the order leaves the warehouse.

Duties, VAT, or brokerage fees on international orders are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.

Returns & 30-day guarantee

If you are not satisfied, email lula@luladream.com within 30 days of delivery. We will provide return instructions or a refund according to the unused/opened status of the tin.

We cannot accept returns of products that are expired, unlabeled, or returned after the 30-day window without prior written approval.

This is a 30-day guarantee — not 60 days.
