This Privacy Policy explains how Lula Dream, operated by Swiback Limited, Unit 1603, 16/F, The L. Plaza, 367-375 Queen’s Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong, collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit luladream.com, place an order, subscribe to marketing or contact us. For the purposes of this policy, “Lula Dream”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Swiback Limited.

If you access the site from elsewhere, your information may be transferred to, processed in and stored in the United States, Hong Kong and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

Depending on your interaction with the site, we may collect identity and contact information, including name, email address, phone number, billing address and delivery address; order and transaction information, including products viewed, added to cart, purchased, returned or cancelled, order amounts and customer-service history; payment information processed by Shopify Payments or another payment provider; device, usage and technical information, including IP address, browser, device identifiers, pages viewed, referral URL, time zone, cookies and similar technologies; and communications, reviews, survey responses and other content you send to us.

3. How we use personal information

We use personal information to operate the site, process payments, accept and fulfil orders, arrange delivery, communicate about orders, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with law, protect our rights, improve the site and, where permitted, send product and Journal marketing updates.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us. Transactional and service messages may still be sent where necessary to administer an order or legal obligation.

We may share information with service providers that need it to operate the business, including Shopify, payment processors, US fulfilment and shipping partners, customer-support providers, email providers, analytics and security providers, professional advisers and government or law-enforcement bodies where legally required.

We do not knowingly allow service providers to use customer information for their own unrelated marketing.
